    The Hellenistic period covers the period of Mediterranean history. The Hellenistic era fell to the Romans in different stages but ended for good in 31 BC. Rome finished conquering the heartland of Greece which lead to a battle called the battle of Actium.

    He believed that the planets revolved around the sun. His work wasn’t perfect but he had strong information for future scientists to improve on. Copernicus will be remembered as the first astronomer to use mathematics and physics to prove that the earth was not the center of the universe, but a planet that joined with others to orbit around the sun.

    Industrialization was good because it gave a better living standard. Even though it was a good thing the transition to an industrialized society was hard for workers. It made their lives difficult by having them work long hours doing hard tasks. This eventually gave the workers higher standard of living.
