The two treaties of government was put together by John lock and it expressed his theories on our power and rights as humans. The treaty was published before he fled to Holland in response to political situating in England. Montesquieu published the spiril of Laws
In 1748 Montesquieu was able to publish the spirit of laws which shows laws in power and discussing human rights. This was published around the time that the Lutheran church was getting setup and the British and Spanish naval faces engage battle. This had a huge impact on our history because it was a primary source to the constitution.
