  • 2013 – Deputy Operations Director of Mangalyaan (Mars Orbiter Mission - MOM)

    Helped in the design and execution of India’s first interplanetary mission.
    MOM made India the first country to reach Mars on its first attempt.
    India became the fourth country to successfully reach Mars.
    MOM was launched on November 5, 2013 and entered Mars orbit on September 24, 2014.

    Although the Vikram lander lost communication, the Chandrayaan-2 Orbiter continues to send crucial data.
  • 2023 – Key Scientist in Chandrayaan-3 & Aditya-L1 Missions

    Chandrayaan-3 successfully landed on the Moon’s south pole on August 23, 2023, making India the first country to do so.
