Due to a lack of supplies, they aren't able to win the battle of Kings Mountain. They are short on both food and weapons. -

The loyalists of America will be heavily rewarded for sided with the British and will become the upper class of America. -

The Treaty of Paris is not signed and instead, a different document would be signed showing that the Patriots were owned by the British. -
