World War 2 would have a differente outcome. America would be more hesitant to joint the war, because now they don't have a secret weapon to help back them up in their fight in the war. America doesn't want another massive death toll like in World War 1. -

The Letters from Albert Einstein never get written
If Albert Einstein did not write his letters to President Franklin D. Roosevlet. Albert Einstein was a major influence that caused President Franklin Roosevlet to agree to start the project. Then the atomic bomb project does not get built and this drastically changes the history of WW II. -
Pearl Harbor Event
The United States would not have enter the war easily. The United States would be more hesistant to enter a war that they may not win. The atomic bomb was one thing America had pride for so now that pride is gone and America does not want to go into another war until a few more years. -
Japan Does not get bombed by Hiroshima
Japan has just bombed America. This allows the President to use the War Powers Act. However the President decides not to use this power, because the people feel that this motion will result in another Vietnam War. He feels that too many lives have been lost in Vietnam. -
U.S Joins WWII
After five years of war the U.S. has had enough bloodshed and decide to join to help end this quicker. Japan now has established this Pacific Fortress that is almost indestructible. Now America, Britain and France have to liberate the island nations. This cause another year or two of warfare. -

Russia Invades Japan
Russia at the end of World War 2 had an invasion plan for Japan,but when America bombed Japan that plan wasn't needed. Since there is no atomic bomb then Russia can use their invasion plan -
Congress Declares War on Japan
Congress hasn't official declare war on Japan yet, so this is just a military intervention. Now by officially declaring war allows the president to full extend his military resources. Congress declarign war on Japan also allows the president to keep his troops in Japan longer. -
Russia captures Japan
Russia has more resources than Japan. Russia has more military power, more people, and more natural resource and this allows Russia to have such a powerful army. Russia could use this advantage to easily beat the Japanese army. -
Japan goes under Russian rule
Russia after capturing Japan Russia would want to increase it communist influence so it would force Japan to become communist. However the U.S. may want to take control of Japan before Russia; gird locking the U.S. and Russia in a Cold War. -
Japan Becomes Communist
Since Russia has captured Japan. Russia wants to place as much influence on Japan as possible. This influence causes Japan to become communist.
