Lousiana Purchase
In early 1800 the English speaking peole in the us had little land. on the other hand, the french owned the large area, lousiana. Thomas Jefferson, knew the french needed money, so he struck a deal and bouht lousiana, which was called the lousiana purchase. The US doubled in size, which opened up new regions to appear. -
Louis and Clark Expedition
Presiden Jackson designates Louis and Clark and several other qualified individuals, to take an expedition in search of a course to the Pacific Ocean , and to explore the unknown western terriories. -

Trial of Tears
This was the process of relocating several Native American tribes from their homes. It was a difficult journey for them. Thousands of them died while battling natural elements that they were not prepared to cope with at the time. -

The Texas rebellion was the American army defeating a large part of the Mexican army in the Battle of San Jacinto. -
