  • "The Origin of Species"

    "The Origin of Species"
Since his theory contradicted many others, he had to find as many reasons as he could to be right. One year later it was published. the book explained his ideas further in-depth. It described natural selection, the process where organisms better adapted to their environment tend to survive and produce more offspring and evolution, the way a species changes over a long period of time. His theory was finally accepted as science in the 1870s.
