Movie Time: The Shack
After suffering a family tragedy, Mack Phillips spirals into a deep depression that causes him to question his innermost beliefs. Facing a crisis of faith, he receives a mysterious letter urging him to an abandoned shack in the Oregon. Despite his doubts, Mack journeys to the shack and encounters an enigmatic trio of strangers led by a woman named Papa(GOD). Through this meeting, Mack finds important truths that will transform his understanding of his tragedy and change his life forever. -
Dinner Worship
Evergreen Christian community church hosted a dinner for the young professionals after the movie. During this time the students had small groups and gospel worshipping. -
Governor's 76th Annual prayer breakfast
“The prayer breakfast is intended to mimic the actions of John in chapter 21 of the Bible. In that chapter, John emphasized the importance of getting people together to eat, have fellowship, and pray. To follow in John’s footsteps, the WSL allotted time for fellowship during the breakfast. That time allowed students to discuss the problems they encounter when trying to trust God today.” -
Keynote speaker: Romanita Hairston- Overstreet
Rominita Hairston is a program director for Murdock Charitable. She has spent over two decades working in the social sector and in ministry to improve the lives of vulnerable people. -
Special lunch guest speaker: Seahawks Tyler Lockett
Tyler Deron Lockett (born September 28, 1992) is an American football wide receiver and return specialist for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Seahawks in the third round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He played college football at Kansas State. He spoke on putting God first when it comes to your line of work in any field. -

Dinner and worship
Evergreen Christian community church hosted a dinner for the young professionals after the movie. During this time the students had small groups and gospel worshipping. -
WSL Hotel departure
At this time all young professionals, students and speakers begin to check out of the RL hotel. Once this is finish they head over to Evergreen church for a final breakfast, worship and small group session. -
Governor's farewell speech
Senator Steve O'Ban, Representative Cindy Ryu, and Governor Jay Inslee give a farewell speech to students and young professionals. -
Dinner praise and worship
After dinner was served the students and young professionals proceeded to the Evergreen sanitary for praise and worship. Students musicians performed personal pieces for the group. -
Small group benediction
During this time students and young professionals met with their group leader and small group to discuss the amazing weekend. -
