America claims war against Great Britian. The war is known as the "Second Revolutionary War" because it is against the same people that the Revolutionary War was against. It is also known as Mr. Madison's War; Madison was president and he was the one who claimed war. -

The Battle of Horseshoe Bend was in Mississippi Territory. Andrew Jackson defeats the Creek Indians. He was the president at the time. -
Treaty of Ghent
The Treaty of Ghent was signed in Belgium. The British and Americans agree to have peace. The message of the treaty being signed was not transferred to America fast enough though. -
Battle of New Orleans
Since the Treaty of Ghent was not messaged fast enough back to America, another battle was fought. The Battle of New Orleans was the last battle. The Americans had a huge victory and won the battle.
