Started High School
Abby started high school. She wore make up and a skirt on the first day though she usually doesn't wear make up and wears jeans and baggy sweatshirts. She meets Nick Peters. A new guy who is friends with Abby's rival Amand Armitage. She likes Nick and thinks he's cute but he doesn't even remember her first name. He keeps calling her Allison, despite how many time she tells him her name is Abby. High school is not looking good for her so far. -
Auditioning for the school play
Faith talks Abby into auditioning for the school play. Abby doesn't want to but she tells her friend she will. Grace (Faith's new friend) is also auditioning. Faith goes first, he Grace, finally its Abby's turn. Abby has stage freight and despite her partners attempts to help her through it Abby just can't get ahold of herself. She faints. Grace tells Abbythst she can still e involved in the play by doing stage crew or helping with the lighting but that's the last thing Abby wants to do. -
Luke
After the audition Abby made Faith pinky promise to not tell her parents, but she does. Feeling betrayed by her "supposed to be best friend" Abby decides to tell Luke, a guy she met on the Internet, about her day in a private online chat. Luke asks Abby for a picture. Abby agrees after Luke says he will also send one. After seeing Abby's picture Luke tells her how pretty she is. Then he says he'd be jealous if she had a boyfriend. Abby feels weird about Luke's new jealousy comments. -
Disappearing Luke
Luke has made Abby fell so special. He always says the right thing. She really like him. Suddenly he stop returning her messages and is never online. She starts wondering if it was all fake. If h didn't really mean the things he said to her. She starts feeling really upset over his sudden disappearance. She doesn't know what to do. So, she waits and waits for him to get back online. The more she waits the harder it is on her, though. She doesn't know how she feels anymore. -
Billy Fisher ❤️
After Luke not replying for days Billy, a guy at Abby's school, asks Abby out on a date. Thinking she will never speak to Luke again, she hesitates, but decides to say yes. They study then go to see a movie. At the movie, about halfway though, Billy leans over and kisses Abby. She doesn't resist. After Abby goes home she receives a text from Luke. He explains that he's been sick and working and didn't have time to text. Abby tells him about about her going on a date with Billy. -
Luke's Temper
Luke gets upset about Abby "two timing" him. She agrees to not speak to him again. Luke calms down anencephaly tells Abby that he just doesn't want anyone kissing his girl. Abby understands this. She swear that she only likes Luke's and doesn't want to date Billy. Luke says its okay but he doesnt want her going out on anymore date she with him. Abby agrees to it. -
Test
Abby is actually happy to see they have a test in science because she is trying to avoid Billy. When she gets the test all she can think about is Luke. She knows this stuff. Her and Billy just studied it the other day. She just can't keep her mind in the right place. She gets a C on the test, even though she could have gotten an A. Embarrassed and trying to not get in trouble, Abby hides the test in the back of her closet. A place that no one would look. -
All The Time
She doesn't need spend any time with her best friend Faith or her family. She spends all of her time on video calls with Luke. She doesn't study and her grades are sufferings because of it. She thinks she should in love with him. He make sure her feel special. All she can think about is Luke. She doesn't focus on anything else, despite the many times Faith has invited her to do things. Abby always says no. Will she lose the things closest to her because of a boy? -
Sneaking Off
After Abby gets into trouble with her parents because of a D on a tes she immediately tells Luke. He doesn't think she should be treated like this. He tells her that she needs to teach her parents a lesson. Luke tells Abby that they should sneak off together. Abby aggrees to it. They plan on meeting at the mall after Abby's science class. Then they'll sneak off and go somewhere for a few days. Then when Abby come back her parents will treat her differently. Will she ever return, though? -
Interviewing
The police are interviewing a lot of people that might be close to Abby. Even her church group leader. None of them seem to know where she is or who this Luke Redmond guy is. They find it strange th she never talked about him. Nobody has a clue why she would run away. The cops tak her laptop and decided to look through it. Meanwhile they send officers to interview Faith and Billy both. Where could Abby possibly be? And will she ever return home safely? -
Lilly
When Lilly gets home she notices Abby is missing. At first she thinks she just stay down after school. When her mom tells Lilly that she has not lent Abby stay after school. They can't find Abby anywhere. Her mom and dad come home early, which is unusual. They immediately call the non emergency number for the police. The police come over and ask questions. But nobody can tell them where she is. Nobody knows where Abby is or if she's ever coming home. Will Abby return home? -
FBI
After the local police get a report from a woman that seen Abby get into a ca with a grown male wig out of state license plates they must involve the FBI. They can't do anything if he has left state with the minor. But he FBI can. They still haven't gotten into her computer yet and her cell phone records didn't reveal anything helpful. They have no other choice but to wait. Their forensic team is extremely busy and it could take months for them to get to Abby's computer. Will they find Abby? -
Found
The FBI found Abby. She's not that happy about being away from Luke. If the even is his real name. Abby is so confused about everything now. Luke isn't really Luke. His name is Edmund. And he doesn't live where he said he did. Everything he said was a lie. Abby refuses to believe this though. She's getting dirty looks from her sister. And her father barely even looks at her. It gets worse when she returns to school. Will Abby ever be able to be just Abby again? -
Faith
Everyone is questioning Faith about what happened to Abby. Asking her horrible questions. And the worst part is Faith has no idea how to answer them. Because before Abby left they were growing apart. They both wanted to stay close but high school changed them. All Faith wants to do is go and question Abby and tell her how sorry she is. But how would she even do that? She decides to go and comfort her friend. No questions asked. Abby has missed her just as much. It's like nothing changed. -
No Privacy!
Since Abby has returned she can say goodbye to her privacy. She's not even aloud to ride the bus. She's barely aloud out of her parents sight to shower. And it's not just Abby that lost a lot of privacy. It's Lilly too. She's beyond mad at both Abby and their parents. Lilly blames Abby completely. Shes being bullied at school. And everyone looks at her like she's some freak. Will it ever go back to the way it used to be? Lilly really hopes so. She doesn't know how much more of this she can take. -
Therapy
Abby's mom says decides it will be good to do therapy for both Abby and the family. At first Abby doesn't like it but once she starts telling her real feelings she feel so much better. She says everything she's been thinking. And she tells the therapist about the nightmares she has where Luke does thoughts to her. It helps her a lot. And it starts to bring the family close. Things are actually starting to go back t nomal. Hopefully they stay that way. -
Her Story
After the bullying at school and accepting that she is a victim, Abby decides to tell people her story. To make sure nothing like this ever happens to anyone at her school. She's so nervous at first, but after help from her friends and some great stage fright pointers Abby finally tells her story. To her surprise everyone enjoys it. Abby is so proud of herself. And Billy actually asks her out again. She tells him yes but she wants to take it slowly. Things are actually going back to normal.
