    Beginning of manufacturing. Nick Park started working on "A Grand Day Out" in 1985 while attending the national television and motion picture school. He subsequently completes it at Aardman Animations with the assistance of Peter Lord and David Sproxton.

  • The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

    Wallace and Gromit's debut feature-length picture, "The Curse of the Were-rabbit," is released in October 2005 and became an international box office success, earning the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature in 2006.
  • A Matter of Loaf and Death

    The short film "A Matter of Loaf and Death" releases on Christmas 2008, starring Wallace and Gromit as Bakers. And it won several prizes, such as the Bafta for best short animation in 2009.
  • Wallace and Gromit Christmas Stamps

    Wallace and Gromit appeared on 600 million Christmas stamps in the United Kingdom in November 2010, with each showcasing pictures of The Duo engaged in seasonal festivities.
  • Peter Sallis

    Peter Sallis
    In June 2017, Wallace's voice actor, Peter Sallis, passed at age 96. Sallis has been the voice of Wallace and Gromit from the characters' inception.
