The woodstock festival was a music fetival where many rock artist would perform live. Many of the artist opposed the Vietnam War and the lyrics did so by promoting the opposition of the Vitnam War. -
Kent State Massacre
This was a protest against the draft at Kent State University where it quickly escalated to violant protest and the Ohio National Gaurd shot and killed 4 students and wounded others. -
Pentagon Papers
The Pentagon Papers were documents regarding US involvement in the Vietnam War. The documents even hinted the the Gulf of Tonkin incident never really happened.
