Nixon ordered troops into Cambodia to disrupt the Ho Chi Minh trail and other supply lines used by the North Vietnam. Even though Cambodia was neutral, Nixon ordered air and ground strikes, which helped end the Vietnam War. -

The Pentagon Papers was the name given to a top secret department of defense study of the us and military involvement in Vietnam. The documents were published by the New York Times, and showed what led the United States into the Vietnam War. -
Fall of Saigon
Closing event of the Vietnam War. Saigon was the capital of South Vietnam and it was stormed by the North Vietnamese. The United States fled, leaving the people living in Saigon to face Vietcong. The Vietnamese who were abandoned at the Fall of Saigon were left scared.
