Miranda, with dictatorial power surrenders to the loyalist in the battle of San Mateo and signed armistice. -

Bolivar leads his army forned in Colombia unto Venezuela, liberating cities and tows until he reaches Caracas. -
Bolivar re-conquers Caracas
After seeking help and gaining fame fighting in Nueva Granada Bolivar leads an army to retake Venezuela. From whats now Colombia he joins Santiago Mariño, leading and independent army formed in Venezuela. Together they drive out the loyalists. -

While Bolivar tries to settle the republic, Jose Tomas Boves leads an army of Llaneros in a fight against the second republic. This army takes Caracas and defeats the second republic, retaking Venezuela for Spain. -

Gran Colombia is formed
Venezuela and Colombia are now free and united in La Gran Colombia. Bolivar turns his eyes south to free Ecuador and Peru with the help of general Jose de San Martin
