She invests in leadership and communication because she reads to the kids and invests in leadership by teaching swimming lessons and coaching the swim team. -
High School
She invests in communication, organization, and leadership. She joins a student organization which enhances her interpersonal and organization skills. Also with this club, she attends leadership conferences that enhance her leadership skills. -
College
She invests in her knowledge and teamwork skills. She plays in intramural sports, so she builds teamwork and communication. She also takes a CNA class investing in her knowledge. -
After College
She invests in time-management and knowledge. She invests in time-management by attending to each of the training sessions for the seven different teams she works for. She invests in her knowledge by attending classes for massage therapy.
