The Kansas-Nebraska Act
As the territory of the US expanded, more and more people demanded the establishment of the area now know as Nebraska. According to the Missouri compromise, Nebraska should be a free state. However, the slave owners of Missouri do not want Nebraska as a free state. Thus, the congress decided to divide Nebraska into two: Kansas in the south, and Nebraska in the North.

A president impeached
