    Christopher Columbus was on his way from Europe to Asia when he accidentally came to the islands close to the United States. Even though for a long time it was said he was the founder, he was not the founder of the United States because lots of people already lived there. Truthfully he never actually got to the united Staes only islands off of. He led to the establishment of homes in the United States.
