The Allies had developed the atomic bomb. As their final offenses to Japan, the Allies decided to use their Atomic bombs on the major cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. -
United Nations Formed
Because the League of Nations failed to prevent World War II, the United Nations was formed in their place on October 24, 1945. The United Nations was made to try to prevent any further world wars and they have succeeded at their job so far.
