The European Community (EEC) was created by the Treaty of Rome in 1957. -
The 6 member become 12.
From 1 january 1973 to 1 january 1986 they are added to the eu: the united kingdom, danish, ireland, greece, portugal, spain. -
EC
In 1993 the EEC was renamed as the European Community (EC). -
European Union
From 1 january 1995 to 2004 they addded all the others states of EU.
