    Norris- LaGuardia Act
    The Norris- LaGuardia Act is a law that could not prohibit workers from joining unions. This the began the era of unions throught work places and gave people power to try and get higher wages and better work enviorments.
  • National Industry Recovery Act

    National Industry Recovery Act
    The National Industry Recovery Act sought to provide codes of "fair competition" and to fix wages and hours in industries subscribing to such codes. The act helped workers get better wages, but a hole lot. It influenced them that they can get their voices out there and show they can influence people. So it gave them more encouragement to keep on forming unions and striking.
  • The Wagner Act

    The Wagner Act
    The Wagner Act gave workers rights to form unions and strikes to be protected. This prevented employers from messing with the workers when they were trying to form/join a union or a strike. In the end it made starting and joining unions a lot easier because they didn't have a hole lot of interference.
