Early Uniform
Had 10-button closure in front. The lace binding was to be on the collar only in either white for infantry or yellow. -

Had nine buttons in front, and lace on the collar. The buttons were of a new pattern replaced the shoulder wings -
Frock coat
The frock coat was introduced as the service uniform for all soldiers. They formed different color uniforms. Such as blue for Infantry. -
Better Material
The Army made a significant change. Such as changing the material from cloth to wool. -
New Color
The Army introduced a new bronze color for the field. -
New Change
They replaced the old uniforms to olive drab light shade wool serge for winter and cotton khaki. -
Some Changes
The new uniform had five black metal tack buttons in front, plus a waist band with two additional buttons. -
New Version
They made some few fixes. The pockets were made larger with a bellows gusset on the outer edge and the waist band was taken out. -

The Army decided that uniforms should be the same. -
Final
The adoption of the Army Green Uniform was announced. It became a mandatory service outfit to wear. -
Stick With Green
This uniform came from the tropical combat uniform of the Vietnam War. The coat had a nylon and cotton blend in woodland pattern camouflage with matching trousers. -
Present Day
The Army made a few changes. Making the whole uniform camouflage. Today the uniform has camouflage on the bottoms to the top and cap.
