This is a positive effect because Prussia was one step closer in achieving its goal without Austria's interference.

This would be a positive effect for Prussia because the southern German states would need protection and they would join Prussia later on.

This was a positive effect because it created the German Empire,which included all German states except Austria.

The Catholics were getting mad and causing problems for Bismarck.
