I was born in oaxaca in 1989
my parentes live at small town called cuicatlan. My family and I lived there for a few years. -
in the year of 1991
we moved to live in Puebla City looking for better oportunities -
A year after, in 1995
, all my family and I moved to live in new suburb called Sastarted n Isidro Castillotla in the south of Puebla City and there I started to go to schol -
in 1999
This year I started to study elementary school called Guadalupe Victoria, I remember this year because I knew a lot of friends. -
2006
When I was seventeen years old I started to work in a little restaurant. In that period of time I met my best friend called Maria and I learned to work like a waiter. -
2007
I studied high school at Jorge Murad Institute, Those were goog years but I had to do my best to study and work, -
2011
I finished high scool at Jose Maria Lafragua Institute. -
2013
This year I stoped to study and I was working like a waiter completly for a few years before I started to go to the univertsity. -
2018
After five years working in the restaurant, and hold my parents and brothers I finally I satarted to go to the university. I am very gratefull to study Gastronomy and continued working in this activity with great endeavor and enthusiasm.
