Germany's invasion of Poland was quick and used a large amount of force in a new stretegy called blitzkrieg. the new strategy allowed for Poland to take the country with minimum German losses. A series of Neutrality acts were made during the 1930's in the belief that U.S. involvement in world war 1 was due to loans and trades made with the Allies. The Acts banned shipments and loans with any country involved in World War 2. -

Tripartite Pact
Germany, Italy, and Japan became the Axis Power when the Tripartote Act was signed in Berlin. The pact allowed for the counttries to aid each other in the war effort and was directly aimed at the American Neutrality Act to make sure they didn't side with the Allies. -
Lend Lease Act
The act was meant to allow aid to countries during the war by allowing the president to transfer arms to any country that's defense is deemed vital to the defense of the United States -
