    They begin to train with the help and supplies of the U.S. to begin fightinh back and controling the Taliban.

    For the first time in 30 years, Afghanistan has their first parliamentary election.
  • NATO will give Afghanistan control of security in 2014

    Although the date is not set, they plan to give it back to the Afghan government, after U.S. and other forces withdraw from the country.
