Molly age 8 Molly is in 4th grade, her teacher assigns the students “jobs” around the classroom such as feeding the fish, passing out papers, and . As part of erikson's 3rd stage ‘initiative v guilt’ molly found her rightful place in the classroom. She began to love her jobs she was given and excelled at them. Due to this introduction at a young age molly latched on to this idea and started helping her parents around the house with tasks such as laundry and dishes. -
Identity vs. Role Confusion
Molly is 17 Molly is now in high school. She is first in her class she still has a passion for work and she is a hardworking student and now working towards a promotion at her local job. she is in Erikson's 5th stage ‘Identity vs. Role Confusion. Molly separate herself from the crowd and created a hardworking identity for herself. This part of life an individual either follows a crowd or separates themselves from the crowd. you will also find what you like and what separates you from others. -
intimacy vs. isolation
Molly age 28 Molly has graduated college and she has been working at her job for 5 years she has worked on herself for almost her entire life. She hasn't made time for anyone else in her life. She is in the intimacy vs. isolation stage. She has only only really put trust in her work and her family. But molly doesn't want to change her work habits and will just wait for ‘life’ to happen so she can keep herself in isolation with her work
