Trust Vs. Mistrust Infancy
When Brittany was about 4 months as an infancy her parents gave her the warmth love that any infant needed. Even Brittanys care givier gave her the love of trust as well. In the first stage of Erikson's development Brittany will grow up she will view the world with trust. -
Early Childhood Autonomy Vs. Shame and Doubt
As a toddler Briitany was very independent, she could dress herself, fed herself. Brittany would often go into her room play with her toys, she never really needed anyone to tell her to put her toys away she could do it by herself with no help. In Erikson's second stage Brittany would most likely grow up to know how to solve problems on her own instead of depend on others. -
School Age Industry Vs. Inferioriity
When Brittany was at the age of 5 she had a bestfriend name Ella. Brittany and Ella did everything together, in the second grade Ella would come over and play dolls with Brittany and do homework together. Brittany realized that Ella was such a rebel. Ella would never do her homework, she would always talk back to her parents and say little comments whenever the teacher was talking. In Eriksons 4th stage of development Ella would probably grow up not have much self esteem, and no motivation. -
Early Adulthood Intamcy Vs. Isolation
When Brittany was at the age of 20 she had a boyfriend, a boyfriend that she would imagine her life would. They were dating every since high school so she thought sooner or later he would put a ring on it. He never did, Brittany felt rejected. In Erikson's sixth stage of development Brittany would probably become very dark hearted because of her break up.
