    One week after officially taking the office, Donald trump decides to sign a travel ban.This travel ban prevented immigrants from the 7 countries Iraq,Iran,Syria, Sudan, Libya, Somalia and Yemen for 90 days and refugees are banned to enter the country for 120 days

    The day after it was signed, several hundreds of people were stuck in airports due to the fact they couldn't enter as they were coming from one of the countries on the list. This led to protests all in different airports around the world as they weren't able to enter the country. Then, a New York judge known as US Judge Ann M. Donnelly decided to block part of the order as she knew the protesters would likely succeed in establishing the fact that they lost many of their rights.

    The next day,another federal judge from Massachusetts also blocks the order for another week. Adding on to his action, he states that Trump can not remove or detain anyone who legally came from one of those seven countries. Trump responds by saying "it is to protect the country from the terrorists and has nothing to do with culture".

    President trump decided to move out Iraq from the travel ban and that current visa holders and residents. They also made it so new visa applicant cannot enter the country for 90 days(from one of the 6 countries) and refugees(mainly Syrian) would only be 120 days instead of forever. The ban was to take place March 16.

    On March 7, Hawaii filed a lawsuit for a federal judge to read it and approve of it. On March 15, it was read by US District Court Judge Derrick Watson in Hawaii and he blocked it again. Trump started firing back saying "it is a watered down version and the first one" and how it is better. They still denied.

    This time, the ban was blocked buy a court in Virginia Called The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. They blocked it as they decided that the ban wasn't for the country security but however it was to encourage their Muslim ban.

    The Supreme Court allowed the travel ban but it only allowed parts of his watered down version to occur. The ban will also occur for people from those countries only if they are unable to provide a strong relationship with someone from the US. In July, the "bona fide" which is the relationship thing was expanded from parents o grandparents and relatives.

    The supreme court finally gave all the OKs to the new travel ban. All things remain the same except the introduction of three new countries to the ban.

    After a 5-4 win, the Supreme Court finally upheld the third ban which is the ban where chad is removed. This means that the ban will be put in place and Trump is happy with his 'victory".
