    In March 6, 1857 Dred Scott sued and for his freedom and declared nobody could have slavery north of the 36 30 line. Southerns approved his decision was true. Abraham Lincoln reacted with disgust to the ruling and it was spurred into polictical action. Thiss all took place in between Missouri and wisconsin.
