Christchurch Gondola : The Purpose was to create a tourist attraction with stunning panoramic views of Lytlleton Harbour and Canterbury via gondola ride with a viewing platform, restaurant, cafe and Time Tunnel ride taking you back into Canterbury's past
The project was carried out by Davis Ogilvie Construction and was classed as a project as it was unique because it hadn't been done before in Christchurch. It was planned as it was required to plan for construction, scope of works and budget.Although it took 7yrs it was temporary, and was finished once signed over. The outcome was a tourist attraction that provided a Gondola ride, café, restaurant, retail store and look out platform.

Hengdian World Studios: The purpose of Hengdian World Studios was to build a large-scale comprehensive tourist area integrating film and television, tourism, vacation, leisure and sightseeing.
The project was executed by Hengdian Group. The project is unique as it is the largest film studio in the world, and it has become China’s large-scale film and tourism leisure resort with a unique charm. The project was temporary as Hengdian World Studios was built in the 1990s and was officially open to society in 1996. The outcome of the project was shooting bases.

Bhote Koshi Bungee Suspension Bridge, Nepal: The purpose of this bridge was to provide crazy Bungee experience to the tourists.
The project was executed by the joint venture company of Nepal and New Zealand; The Last Resort. It was unique as this was the first bungee jumping spot in Nepal. The project was temporary because it was completed within the time period of 3 months. The outcome of this project was to fill the people with an incredible feeling jumping from over a 160m high tropical gorge, with one of Nepal's wildest rivers raging below.

National Centre for the Performing Arts of China (NCPA): the purpose of NCPA was built an art building worth visiting and appreciating for China's tourism industry.
The project was executed by architect Paul Andreu. The project is unique as the NCPA is the largest theatre complex in Asia, the project was temporary as it started construction in December 2001, and the construction of NCPA was completed in July 2007. The outcome of the project was a theatre.

The Old Ghost Road: The purpose of this project was to create 85km of stunning, hand crafted, mountainbike and tramping track, from Lyell to Mohikinui, West Coast, New Zealand along an old goldminer's route.
In 2007, after being given an 1886 goldminer’s survey map, Marion Boatwright and friends began a huge undertaking to construct an 85km mountainbike/walking trail across difficult terrain. In 2010 funding allowed for employment of trail workers, supported by a large volunteer group. Deliverables included 4 accommodation cabins, 16 bridges, boardwalks and a 302 step staircase installed along the largely hand built trail. The trail opened in December 2015.

Vector-Wero White Water Park: The purpose of this project was to develop a world-class artificial white-water arena that facilitates community sport and recreation as well as an international tourism destination.
The project was designed by Whitewater Parks International and executed by HEB construction. The project is unique as it is New Zealand's first purpose-built artificial white water facility. It is temporary as the project was completed and opened in March 2016 to be used for recreation. Reconstruction of Boudhanath Stupa, Nepal; The purpose of this project was to re-welcome the Buddhists followers and thousands of tourist to visit pilgrimage sites and for Meditation.
The project was executed by the Boudhanath Area Development Committee(BADC). This project was unique as this was the world's largest stupa. The project was Temporary because its reconstruction task was completed within 17 months. The outcome of this stupa was it was constructed without modifying its original structure, with newly repainted eyes, watchful gaze, the pinnacle at the top.

Christchurch Adventure Park: The purpose of this project was to create a major adventure tourism destination in Christchurch New Zealand.
The project was executed by Select Evolution, reknowned adventure park developers. This project was unique as it involved installing a chairlift on Christchurch’s Port Hills to allow for year round mountainbike track and zipline access. Consent was granted in January 2015, and opening day was 16 December 2016. Deliverables included a 1.8km chairlift, café and guest facilities, 4 high ziplines and 50kms of downhill mountainbike tracks.

Queenstown Luge Upgrade: The purpose of this project was to increase the size and quality of the Skyline Queenstown Luge as a part of a larger Skyline Queenstown upgrade.
The project was executed by Naylor Love. The project is unique as it was multiple specific upgrades to Queenstown's only luge ride. The project was temporary as it was completed in July 2018. He Puna Taimoana: New Brighton Saltwater Hot Pools: The purpose of this project was to revive the suburb of New Brighton. The aim is to attract tourism into the area and generate further redevelopments to increase the profile of the area.
The project was executed by Development Christchurch Limited and it is unique as it hadn't been done before in Christchurch. The project was a planned development and involved public consultation in the planning phase.It was temporary and the project finished when signed off.
