Alexander Graham Bell invented the first telephone in 1876.He made the first call to Thomas A. Watson saying "Mr. Watson come here; I want you". Telephones first appeared in England but soon traveled to America. The first telephone in America appeared in Wisconsin in 1877. -
Electric lightbulb invention
Thomas Alva Edison invented the electric lightbulb in 1879. He was not the first person to attempt to invent an electric lightbulb although he was was the first one to succeed. -
Diesel and the Diesel engine
Rudolf Diesel invented the first diesel engine in 1897, it sold much more in 1898 after beeing put on display in the Munich Exhibition. -
The first radio
Nikols Tesla invented the first radio after the Supreme Court rejected Marconi's invention of the radio. Not many people know Tesla created the radio, Marconi is credited for it because he invented the first attempt of a radio. -
First Airplane Flight
The Wright brothers, Orville and Wilbur Wright, built and manned the first flight of an airplane at Kitty Hawk. They flew a glider, a plane with no engine designed as a kite, 12 times in two minutes. -
Assembly Line
Henry Ford invented the assembly line to increase production on his cars. He used ideas from other industries and in 1913 put it all together to create the assembly line.
