american and filipino troops in bataan had to march 65 miles across the peninsula because the japanese invaded the island, many died marching on the way, because they were marching in harsh conditions.

the first ever air sea battle in history. japan was planning an attack on a port in new guinea but the allied forces intercepted it and planned their own attack so japans attck backfires on them and they started the battle, basically japan was out of planes to start their ground attack so what they did was surrender. and the allied forces won, WOOOHH

battle of midway
japan planned another ambush with the little carriers it had left but was defeated again because thanks to code breaking, america found out and planned a reverse ambush back on them. permanent damage was put on japans army and since america won, merica and its allies get to move up to offensive position.

italy's surrender to allies
general dwight eisenhower announces the surrender of italy after weeks of negotiating with general Pietro Badoglio they came with the conditional surrender of italy. hitler responded with their plan operation avalanche. eisenhower allowed the allies to land in southern italy and beat the germans further up the peninsula.

156,000 American, British and Canadian forces landed on a 5 mile beach in normandy to start the biggest, most extensive, and planned out war ever, the germans lost and so everything is ok.

british, american, canadian, and french troops snuck into the camps with the germans quickly retreated for war or something and set free all of the jews. theyw ent into auschwitz first then many more being heroes.....'merica :3

liberation of paris
after the germans invaded paris there was a few people who didnt agree and wanted to resist and creat a french resistance lead by General Jacques-Philippe Leclerc named The French 2nd Armored Division. de gaulle met with einesenhower because he wanted to postpone the liberation but einsenhower was like nu so de gaulle politely said if you dont do it i wont the TF2AD to paris myself.

battle of the bulge
basically hitler wanted to split the allied armies in northern europe by launching a surprise blitzkrieg thrust through the Ardennes to Antwerp. and catching 'merica :3 off guard, which they did and fought despratley creating an allied line that gave the appearance of a bulge...x3

battle of iwo jima
3 u.s. marine divition went to the island of iwo jima to start a war i guess so the troops were roughly 23,000 Japanese army and navy troops, who fought from an elaborate network of caves, dugouts, tunnels and underground installations. after like a month of fighting 'merica won and theres a pic of them raising a flag in victory.

was in georgia when he was sitting in the living room at 1pm complaining about a bad pain in the back of his head, then he fainted, everyone brought the doctorsa dn they told him that it was massive cerebral hemorrhage and so he died and they told his family at the white house.
