In the year of 1919, in Winnipeg, unemployed men retured from the war and protesters were marching clash police jobs and decent wages. They protested because of lack of jobs and because factories were shutting down. People were hurt in break up. -

Relief Camps
The Relief Camps were remote areas, work for young men and was created at the height of depression. Camps, Rooms, Board & Smokes all cost 20 cents per day. It eventually failed. -
Surrender in Hong Kong
The Canadians were defending Hong Kong with Britain, they faught for a good three weeks then were forced to surrender to the Japenese on Christmas day of 1941. -
Invasion of Dieppe
The Invasion of Dieppe was during the World War II. Test Allied ability to attack foritified European coast, it was a disaster and it lost its element of surprise. There were 100 dead, 10 00 wounded and 12 00 captured.
