    Used glorified art forms to convince people to join the war. Would be a +1 on the scale because it convinced people to join the war very well.
  • Battle of Ypres

    Lost 6035 Canadians in 48 hours. This would be a -2 on the scale because of the amount of people lost.
  • Francis Pegahmagabow

    Fought in the battle of Ypres and in the battle of the Somme. Native enlistment in WW1 was high. Because of this, I would rate it a +1 on the scale.
  • Jeremiah Jones

    Black soldiers were discriminated a lot during WW1. He saved his battalion in the battle of Vimy Ridge. On the scale, it would be a +2.

    Because of the food shortage, women were hired to pick fruit in the fields, and were paid very low wages. On the scale, I would rate this a -1.
