Townshend Acts Passed By Parliament
The Townshend Acts were a series of taxes and regulations to the British colonies in America. This meant that the colonists had to pay more for their goods, angering them as a result. Due to this, they boycotted and protested the taxation. -

The Boston Massacre was an event where nine British soldiers shot into a crowd of hundreds of people. These people were insulting and throwing objects at the soldiers, the soldiers firing due to hearing someone cry for them to "fire" their weapons. This event killed multiple Bostonians (five), angering the civilians. -
