Example: When at the stadium my dad worked I would always run away to explore the stadium and run away from my mother who was watching me. -

Example: My mother and I used to bicker a lot over many things including school but now we never fight. -

Circadian rhythm: Cycle of biological activity, hormones cause a phase delay in the sleep and wake cycle, and its one's internal clock.
Example: Waking up before my alarm almost regularly and becoming extremely exhausted at certain hours of the day. If I get off of my rhythm my sleep pattern becomes erratic.
