    Example: When at the stadium my dad worked I would always run away to explore the stadium and run away from my mother who was watching me.

    Active Play: Rough and tumble, no intention of harm, common in young males, improves emotional regulation, social skills, self-esteem, and strength (Wrestling, tag, or hitting).
    Example: I played loads of tag, freeze tag, and infection and played little league baseball at this time which allowed me to hangout and grow with peers.

    Example: My parents fed me well but I was very into the intramural sports of baseball, basketball, and flag football.

    Example: I have a Nuclear family with my Mom, Dad, and sister all living in the same home together.

    Example: My mother and I used to bicker a lot over many things including school but now we never fight.

    Circadian rhythm: Cycle of biological activity, hormones cause a phase delay in the sleep and wake cycle, and its one's internal clock.
    Example: Waking up before my alarm almost regularly and becoming extremely exhausted at certain hours of the day. If I get off of my rhythm my sleep pattern becomes erratic.
