Enlightment thinkers were typically humanists who supported equality and human dignity. It started in Europe and eventually spread to the United States, where it attracted lots of followers. Finally, the Enlightenment died out in the early 19th century. This event influenced the Glorious Revolution because it gave citizens of Great Britain rights and vowed to protect them

    The Scientific Revolution refers to historical changes in thought & belief, to changes in social & institutional organization, that unfolded in Europe. This event influenced the development of the Enlightenment values of individualism because it demonstrated the power of the human mind.

    This topic started when an era that was concerned with freedom and individual liberty crashed into one simultaneously obsessed with despotic rulers concerned with their absolutist political control. It had big leaders like Catherine The Great, Maria Theresa and Frederick II, which have “similar” ideas because of the period. This event influenced the Seven Years War happen, by having Prussia vs Austria, 2 of the biggest leaders fighting over Austrian Silesia.

    Glorious Revolution

    It was a bloodless revolution that removed King James II from England's throne. During the revolution. It involved the overthrow of the Catholic King James II, who was replaced by his Protestant daughter Mary and William of Orange. It restored a Protestant monarchy and at the same time limited its power by means of the 1689 Bill of Rights. This event influenced The Enlightment Absolutism, which helped new rulers like Catherine The Great have a different way to control their nations.

    The fight between Austria and Prussia for Austrian Silesa; Frederick II wanted to make it Prussian territory since he wanted to take advantage of the confusion by a woman queen. Britain lost a lot of money for participating which they needed back and since they owned another country, they increased taxes in America for tea and many other properties which was not very liked by many

    Prior events to American Revolution (Stamp Act and Boston Tea Party)

    Since the taxes raised in America with the properties all properties and even more raised by the Stamp Act; the Americans didn´t liked the current acts so they protested with the Boston Tea Party which they threw tea worth millions. This will led to a fight since the tension growth bigger and bigger since Britain’s loss of resources due to mass protests

    American Revolution (First Continental Congress, American independence, USA Declaration of Independence and Treaty of Paris recognized American Independence)

    It started with the plan of the First Continental Congress, a second one was made and George Washington was its commander; battle ensued in 1775 and lasted until 1783, also the Declaration of Independence was made with Enlightenment principles written by Thomas Jefferson (1776); Finally, it all ended "in good terms" with the Treaty of Paris But while America and Britain were successful and was generally a non-violent victory, France was having trouble sustaining their country with bankruptcy.
