    Montesquieu publishes The Spirt of Laws
    Montesquie was a political thinker of the French Revolution who created the spirit of the laws; A treatise on political theory, a pioneering work on common law by Montesquie. He had an enormous influence on the work of others such as the Founding Fathers of the United States Constitution. This treaty was created in 1748.
