The beginnings of optical microscopy are attributed to the Dutchman Zacharias Janssen.
Disadvantages:
1.The high costs of equipment
2.The complexity of the equipment makes it susceptible to miscalibration.
3.The handling of reagents becomes dangerous due to their high toxic condition. Advantages:
1.Use lenses to enlarge the images of the objects observed
