    -After British soldiers shot a a crowd in Boston it fired up the colonists to start rebelling more against the British

    -This congress was put together to discuss the unfair taxes.
  • Lexington and Concord

    Lexington and Concord
    -This battle was known as the shot heard around the world & it was the first major battle of the Revolutionary War
  • 2nd Continental Congress

    2nd Continental Congress
    -They meet in Philadelphia to discuss making the United States of America
  • Battle of Bunker Hill

    Battle of Bunker Hill
    -Although the British won, the colonists saw it as a victory because of the damage it caused the British and how it made them weaker

    -This was a pamphlet that encouraged colonists to become patriots
