Andrew Jackson forced Native Americans off their land and made them travel over 1,200 miles to live on a reservation (A really crappy piece of land). Andrew Jackson believed that he deserved the land the Native Americans had, and over 50,000 Native Americans died during The Trail of Tears. The Trail of Tears started on May 23, 1838, and ended on March 26, 1839. -
