Great Wall Building (BC)
The Great Wall was built to protect China from invaders. I want to see the Great Wall because it is really long, you can almost see it from space. An important person would be Qin Shi Huang, who was the emperor of China at that time.

1st Olympic's (BC)
The 1st Olympics’ were held every 4 years. It was linked to religious festivals. Any guy could participate, and unmarried women could watch. If you were married lady, you could not watch. I think it would be cool to see how much the Olympics’ changed since 776 BC. A famous person was Leonidas of Rhodes, and he was a runner in the Greek Olympics’.

The Signing of the Decleration of Independance
The Declaration of Independence symbolized the United States freedom from King George, and England. I think it would be cool to see how our country got started, and got our freedom. Some historic people were John Hancock, Samuel Adams, Robert Morris, and Benjamin Franklin are a few guys who signed the deceleration. -
The Constitution
The Constitution was set up as rules for the United States. I think it would be cool to see how they decided these things and watch them write it all down. Also the United Stated still follows these rules today, so it majorly impacts our life. A historic person associated with this would be George Washington, and James Madison. They were both major contributors when it came to the writing of the Constitution. -
Preventing the Civil War
The Civil War was a war between the North and the South. They were having the war for many reason, slavery, the South waning to secede, and western expansion. I want to stop the war because people had to shoot their brother, or their family, and to save the 620,000 people who died in the war. A famous war general is Ulysses S. Grant. He was the general for the South, and later was the 18th president. -
President Lincoln's assassination
Lincoln was assassinated while he was watching a play at Ford’s Theater, in Washington D.C. I want to go and save President Abraham Lincoln. This would change history because he could have stopped slavery, and there would not have been any segregation. He was shoot by John Wilkes Booth, who was an actor at the theater. -
The KKK
The KKK is a group of white people who think the blacks should not have equal rights. They were so against it that they started attacking the blacks. I want to go back to stop the KKK from being started or warn the blacks before they started attacking. It would have helped to get blacks to vote in the one election, they didn’t vote because of the KKK, and have the blacks be more equal. (Not enough room, on Word Doc)

Harriet Tubman
Harriet Tubman was a slave for escaped from slavery and became free. She then wanted to help other slaves escape. She had a route set up for the slaves to travel and hoses for them to stay at. Eventually they would make it to the Northern states and Canada. I want to go back and help her free slaves. (More on word Doc, Did not all fit) -
Statue of Liberty's dedication
The Statue of Liberty was a present from France to show friendship. I think it was cool to see it when it was first brought over. I’m not going to change anything here I’m just going to watch. A historic person here would be Frederic Auguste Bartholdi, and he built the Statue of Liberty. -
Plessy V Ferguson
Plessy verses Ferguson is a Supreme Court Case that has to deal with black rights. In this case the judge ruled in favor of the whites. He said separate but equal. So the judge said it was ok to discriminate and have separate facilities and everything else. I want to go back and change it so there would be no discrimination against the black people. The judge in the Supreme Court Case was Henry Brown. -
The Titanic
The Titanic was an early version of a cruise ship, carrying people to New York City. It the best ship to be on at that that time. It was considered the “Unsinkable” ship. It sank because it hit an ice burg. I want to stop the ship from sinking, so no one will be when the ship sinks. I will save 1,500 people, and having it is a successful trip. Also its name was the Unsinkable ship would be truer now. A historic figure would be Edwards Smith; he was the ship’s captain. -
Mount Rushmore
Mount Rushmore is a mountain, with four of the president’s faces on. It has George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abraham Lincoln. I think it would be cool to see what it was like while they were building it, compared to now. The architects are Gutzon and Lincoln Borglum. -
Centralia
Centralia is an underground fire that still burns today. It is located in Colombia County, in Pennsylvania. It was a fire, people started to burn trash, and it is still burning. It runs on abandon coal mines located under the almost abandon city. The city only has about 12 people living it in 2005, but in 1981 there were over 1,000 people living there. I want to go and stop them from starting the fire. Joan Quigley wrote a book about Centralia called “The Day the Earth Caved In”. -
9/11
9/11 was a huge day in United States History, the twin towers were destroyed and 3,000 people were killed. I want to stop the attack to save the twin towers, and save everyone who did. If I did that it would just be like a normal day in New York City and there would still be twin towers today. A historic figure in this event would be Khalid, Nawaf, Mohamed, Marwan, Ziad, and Hani. They were the plain hijackers. -
Building of the Pyramids (BC)
The Egyptian pyramids were built from big pieces of rock. They would pull them up a ramp to the spot they wanted the rock. They had to be very careful so they got the right shape. It was used like a grave for someone of high importance. A historic person would be King Djoser who is buried in the 1st built pyramid.
