Thomas Khun brought “Paradigm Shifts” into the conversation. He argued that paradigm shifts open up a new approach to understanding what scientist would never have considered valid before. The term “Paradigm” influenced not only science but businesses and politics. For some time, a Paradigm provided model problems and solutions to a community of practitioners.
