    The Structure of Scientific Revolutions
Thomas Kuhn’s greatest contribution to the community of philosophy of science came from this. His theory states Scientific Revolutions come from what he calls Paradigm Shifts. His theory states that when many anomalies accumulate it causes a new way of thinking or paradigm shift to occur. This new scientific revolution will then cause normal scientists to continue researching within that paradigm until new anomalies occur. This book demonstrated that science was messy.
