Kuhn 1943
In 1943 Thomas Kuhn graduated from Harvard University with distinction and honors with a physics degree. He spent the rest of the time during the war researching radar in both the United States and in Europe.

Kuhn 1946-1949
At this time Thomas Kuhn earned his masters degree followed by his doctorate. He studied physics concerning an application of quantum mechanics to solid state physics. (plato.stanford.edu) Kuhn was also brought into a prestigious group, the Society of Fellows. -
Kuhn 1957
In 1957 Thomas Kuhn published his first book "The Copernican Revolution." Kuhn started writing this after he had the opportunity to study the history of science where he focused on 18th century matter theory. He then wrote this book based on astronomy.

Kuhn 1961
Thomas Kuhn became a fulltime professor at the University of California Berkeley. He originally moved there to take up a history of science position, however, he then moved to philosophy in 1961.

Kuhn 1962
In 1962 Thomas Kuhn published his more popular book "The Structure of Scientific Revolutions" and it sold over one million copies and in 1 different languages. Kuhn 1983
In 1983 Thomas Kuhn was awarded Laurence S. Rockefeller Professor of Philosophy at MIT. This was a huge honor and Thomas Kuhn is considered one of histories most influential Philosophers.
