In " The Structure of Scientific Revolutions" Kuhn brought a new understanding of the development of science that has never been addressed before. He brought up the point of how the scientific communities' entourage influenced science itself by injecting their own beliefs and trying to make it fit into reality.

Thomas Kuhn argued that in normal science, scientists tend not to test nor seek to confirm their theories and ignore anomalies although a clear shift should occur.
