Roman architects tinkered with the greek design to put all orchestra,auditorium,and skene into one structure. The auditorium or cavea was limited to a semicircular configuration. in a lot of theatres the auditorium was separated from the orchestra by a shorter wall the orchestra was also a semicircle moving outward from the stage area which was framed by the proscenium. -

The amphitheatre was a steeply raked seating area for the audience, called the auditorium or the atron, the circular playing area was known as. The Renaissance theater became a central part of the Renaissance culture and that thousands of theatres started to come up all over europe most interesting and clever adaptations the Teatro Olimpico in vicenza,Italy it was built between 1580 nd 1585 it was designed in style of the ancient roman theatres. -
The Twentieth century
In the 1800s the theatre took a different turn from their traditional plays by putting a dramatic twist to the theatre. The theatre libre was said to be moved to a more naturalistic and unified style. As productions became more realistic, it was natural for the theatres to change because of the complexity of the different shows and plays. due to some of the complex plays we started to use the apron more and due to that the apron shranked. -

special effects became a thing in the 1500s and they got more popular over the next hundred years until now. we recently added computers to our visual effects to make the effects more vibrant and more realistic.
