Mr. Foster is running late and it is assumed that he is doing it on purpose to make his wife late for her flight to Paris

Mr. Foster finally comes out to the car, but by the time they get going there is a lot of fog rolling in.

The fog got so bad that the flight to Paris was delayed and travelers were told to leave the airport and they could not stay.

Mrs. Foster calls her husband for help and he tells her to come home and stay with him instead of staying in a hotel. She agrees.

Mr. Foster asks his wife to drop him off at the club in the morning and she is even more convinced that he just wants to make her late.

They get in the car on time to catch the flight, but Mr. Foster claims he left a gift for his wife inside of the house.

Mrs. Foster is irritated at how long her husband is taking to get her gift, so she goes inside and tries to get him. She gets no answer so she decides to leave him at the house.

Mrs. Foster makes it in time to get on her flight. She spends 6 weeks with her daughter and grandchildren and then she heads back to her husband.

After Mrs. Foster gets home and smells something strange, she calls for her husband multiple times but never gets a response. She then realizes that the smell is coming from him and he has been stuck between floors on the elevator the whole time she was gone. She then sits in his desk and calls someone to fix the elevator.
