Seperation of Vietnam

America Arrives in the South
Upon the seperation of Vietnam the North region began sending an army troop through trails into the South region in order to obtain supplies. John F. U.S.S. Maddox is Attacked
The captian of the U.S.S. Maddox falsely claims that the vessel has been attacked by North Vietnam. By the time he reports that the attack did not happen a retaliation attack on the North has already been ordered. Gulf of Tonkin Resolution

Operation Crimp

US Helicopter Base Attacked

Operation Rolling Thunder

Peace Attempt

First US Victory

Operation Junction City
Operation Junction City was one of the biggest air assaults in history. 240 air crafts fly over Vietcong bases in attempt to destroy them. There are 30,000 US troops and 5,000 South Vietnamese men on foot during this operation as well. Hundreds of North Vietnamese Dead

The End of Thunder

New President

Withdraw Announcement

US Troops in Vietnam

US Troops Leave

The End
