The Copernican Model of the Solar System
The Copernican model of the Solar Systemwas created by Nicolas Copernicus in the early 1500s, his belif was that the earth and the other planets were revolving around the sun and when the planets were suposebly going backwards Earth was actually over taking them. -

Earth is proven to be a moving planet
Earth was also proven to be a moving planet by Copernicus in the same theroy of the Solar System. The thing was that humans could not see Earth moving because we are traveling with it. -
Gravity
The first theroy was created by Galileo in 1589 and was improven by Issac Newton.Galileo said that no matter what the weight of the object was it dropped at the same speed every time, he is said to have done a test by dropping two object of completly different weights off the Leaning Tower of Piza and they landed at the same time. -
The Telescope by Galileo
The first telescope ever invented by Galileo was made of wood with a one and a half inch lense, it was made over 402 years ago.It was not the first telescope ever invented but he used it to discover SunSpots, Jupiters Moons , The Phases of Venus and the Craters o the Moon. -

The Discovery of the four moons of Jupiter was made by Galileo in 1610, The moons are now known as the Galilean Moons and the names of them are Io, Europa, Ganymede, Callisto. -

The phases of Venus are the different types of light seen on Venus' surface.It shows a full phase when opposite the sun and a new phases when in between the Sun and the Earth. -

The moon is not smooth like we used to think beore Galileo but it is actually covered in mountains and giant holes which was caused by crateres crashing into it millions of years ago when the Solar System was formed. -

The discovery of sunspots was made by Galileo using his telescope, he first noticed little black spots on the sun which are breakage in the magnetic current which results in cooled aeras of the surface.He eventualy went blind looking at it so often. -
The three laws of Gravity and Motion
There are three laws of gravity and motion created by Issac Newton,the first one says that an object will not be moved unless another outside force takes affect on it.The second rule states that a force is something that creates acelleration in the body of the object.The third and final discovery says that every action has an equal and opposite reaction. -
Explaniation for Light and Colour
The explanation for colour was made by Issac Newton.Colour is actually reflected light and the colour shown is the most dominant in the object and is reflected and the others are absorbed by the light.
